Honestly, how many of us can
afford these luxury shoes? Even with the best bargains ever, they still come in
very pricey for the average girl who earns between N80,000 – N200,000 in a
month. You definitely don’t want to spend all your pay check in a month on a
pair of shoes as there are other equally important things in life to attend to, right?
Have you been obsessing over
those gorgeous pair of Giuseppe Zanotti Sandals retailing for $1,200 which
3months of your salary can’t cover for? One of my favorite things to do is look out for less expensive brands with similar designs, so I can create my champagne shoe closet on my beer budget. Mind you, because they are a lot cheaper doesn’t make them tacky or sub standard. The difference is that most of them are made of faux materials as opposed to the genuine leather, python skin, crystal embellishments e.t.c the luxury designers indulge in which make them a splurge.
Let’s take a look at some of these luxury designs versus more pocket friendly versions.
1. Christian Louboutin Espadrille Spachia Wedge at $675 VS JustFab Espadrille Lydia Wedge at $60

I would feature more Splurge VS Steal designs in subsequent posts of the "Get the look for less" series but first, would you rock these less expensive alternatives?
