INTERNATIONAL STARS AND THEIR FASHION LABELS

Not many of us are conversant with international stars and their fashion labels. And there are quite a number of them who have designs created for them under their own fashion labels or who have worked with luxury fashion designers. In the next couple of weeks we shall be highlighting these Hollywood beauties one after the other and taking a look at what they have to offer and how well they are doing in the fashion business. Of course, our focus will be mainly on those with shoe lines.

Today, we would be looking at MADONNA. Not many people know that the American entertainer has produced four fashion brands.

M by Madonna being the first amongst them was launched in 2007 when she collaborated with H&M. The collection was basically Jackets, trench coats, shift dresses and so on.

Animal Skin shoes are one of a kind, unique and classy. As with all kinds of shoe fabrics, there are however faux versions which are more budget friendly than the real thing. They also require a lot care to keep them looking as neat as possible. Due to the rough nature of the leather, the lines in between tend to hold on to dirt, thereby making your shoes look dirty. The blog has been quiet for quite sometime and for this we apologize, in the midst of trying to get the business right and making things more exciting for 2015, we got carried away. But we promise you that the new year will bring us a lot of glam and fabulousity. Your favorite shoe care, shoe styling, shoe review and other exciting posts will be back and better and as consistent as when we started.

I have been waiting to review these shoes for quite some time, but thanks to NAHCO and the strike, I didn't get them early enough. Thank God they came just in time for Christmas and of course I wasted no time rocking them.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

It's been a long month and a half here at SOLE.DIVAS, no thanks to the just ended NAHCO(Nigerian Aviation Handling Company) strike - read story here. Our first experience of such and its like an earth quake struck. Days of waiting to hear that the strike has been called off so that our goods can be cleared. Finally, the strike has been called off but there's still a bit of delay in getting our things out.
